Cat Refugees

October 8 @ 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

The Museum is proud to present two free performances, 12:30pm & 2pm, of the play Cat Refugees in our Discovery Room!
Cat Refugees is part of the Worldwide Ukrainian Play Readings¬†Project, an effort through which people around the world perform work by Ukrainian artists affected by the war. The play, by Ludk Tymoshenko and Marina Smilianets, is a sweet story about a kitten named Peachy who has been separated from their human. They find themself in a shelter with three cats who couldn’t be more dissimilar. Separated from the homes they knew and loved before “the big bad thing” occurred, the cats discover in one another a caring community that gives them a new sense of what home can mean.
Presented by the Connecticut College Theater Department.
