Little Chefs: Bountiful Baking

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 17, 2015
Best for children age 3-5.
Nothing says “Holiday Season” quite as much as the smell of sugar cookies or fresh bread baking in the oven! Over the course of the next five weeks, students will practice their pastry skills as they measure, mix, stir and bake their way to delicious treats! Healthier alternatives to traditional recipes will be offered, as well as a story and activities connected to the week’s dish.
Break out the mixing bowls and measuring cups! Each week children will learn chemistry and math concepts as they stir, mix, and bake their way through each of these five week series of classes. The five-week series of one hour programs are for 3 – 5 year olds who are ready to attend alone.
